Passionate about human behavior- I come from a Psychology background: a degree in Media Psychology (Padua University, 2006) and a masters in Influence and Manipulation. People I meet tell me I have a positive effect on them- I am a very solar person.

In any project I attach myself to, I throw myself fully in the game. Truth be told, this is what lead me to burnout. That's why, in the past 5 years I focused on learning how to keep my enthusiasm but better manage my resources.

I worked in advertising and marketing 15+ years and I was lucky enough to be exposed to various business environments, to lead quite a large no of teams and to work on most brand categories on the local and international market.

Be it employed in state owned companies, entrepreneurial businesses, major international advertising groups or private projects- my biggest achievement is building relationships that stood the test of time, both internally and with clients.

I strongly believe in life-long learning as I am driven by curiosity and energy. I’m in constant training- as we speak I'm learning somatic stress reduction techniques, group moderation, coaching and strengthening communities.

The one life changing training for me: IMD High Performance Leadership, held by George Kohlrieser - a former FBI hostage negotiator and Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
